About the building in general:

Entering the building on the ground floor we can find a small but lovely reception with a guest lounge. Also located on this floor there is a restaurant with a capacity of 26 people, and a terrace which was built in the place of the old mill-wheel. As expected there is also a bar, a kitchen with preparation areas, washing room, a boiler room, staff area, service entrance and a drying area. Additionally through the service entrance we can get to the backyard, which is also accessible from the street via a remotely controlled gate. This area has 7 car-ports, and closed storage area. In front of the building there is another 5 additional parking spaces.

Upstairs (I.-III. Floor ) there are 26 guest rooms, with different capacities, with a total of 50 places. Every room is equipped with off-line card key system, individual air conditions, Televisions (LCD-TV). Every bathrooms are built with shower cabins, and half of the toilets have built-in electric bidet. 12 rooms have terraces. 

The heating system is a central heating / gas heating.

About the environment:

The city of Tata has extremely favorable qualities, its waters and sights attract many tourists all year long. It is a very popular choice for universities to organize freshman camps and other summer camps too. The Training Camp makes Tata a desired destination for many athletes. In addition, it is a very common location for weekend getaways, for corporate team buildings/events. Relaxation is provided by the golf course, kayak-canoe house, sailing , beach,  dragon boats, lakeside promenade, as well as the Castle and the Esterházy Castle in the picturesque surroundings.

It is worthy to mention Tata's 139-hectare industrial park, of which 116 hectares have been utilized, and another 30-35 hectares are expected to be expanded. One of Günter's factories is also located here, which employs a large number of guest workers.

The hotel is located centrally in these wonderful surroundings, right next to the entrance of the Angolpark, and just beside of the newly renovated Malomkert, which which was opened in 2023. The Cseke-lake can be reached by 3 minutes of walking, while the Öreg-lake is 10 minutes away.
