Renovation and Building
In addition to our comprehensive caretaking, maintenance, and cleaning services, we also
offer professional renovation and construction work. This means our clients can rely on one
trusted partner for all property needs—saving time and ensuring consistent quality.
Caretaker service
- 1x monthly activity (unless agreed otherwise)
- General inspection of common areas
- Supervision of electrical systems
- Replacement of light fixtures
- Structural inspection of the property (basement, roof, attic, exterior visual check)
- Inspection and repair of doors, locks, and intercoms
- Supervision of garbage collection areas
- Documentation of utilities
- Preparation of monthly reports; preparation of preliminary cost estimates for
- any required interventions
- Inspection of individual apartments upon request
- Inspection of smoke detectors and fire-fighting equipment
- Inspection of ventilation and heating systems
- Handover and takeover of properties
- Cost Estimate: €32.50 per hour (minimum 1 hour)
Cleaning and property maintenance
- Daily, weekly, monthly, or individual frequency
- Sweeping of yard, driveway, parking areas, garbage storage areas, and roads: €0.7 /sqm
- Staircase cleaning: €30 one floor base price, €15 for every additional floor
- Corridor cleaning: €2.4 / sqm
- Cleaning of basement rooms, laundry, and drying rooms: €2.4 / sqm
- Apartment cleaning: €2.4 / sqm
- Deep / thorough apartment cleaning: €3 / sqm
- Window cleaning: €5 / sqm

- Up to 4 bins: €50 / month
- Over 4 bins: €65 / month
